Base - Base is welded to bottom and includes 4 holes to secure to desired surface (ground, table top, wood, etc.) Does not include hardware such as screws or stakes. Recommended for windy areas.

IMPORTANT: If used outside, they will develop rust over time. If rust is not desired, make sure to spray them with clear enamel or paint upon arrival.
