FAQ
GENERAL Q & A
Q: Who are you guys?
A: We are a family owned CNC shop that produces metal panels and artwork for customers across the United States.
__
Q: What type of material is used?
A: Currently, all of our products are constructed of raw .14 gauge steel.
__
Q: Are they rustic?
A: The steel is new when shipped, however if exposed to moisture, they will rust over time. This is a natural process and completely out of our control. A finish will need to be applied to protect against long term rusting.
__
Q: Do you offer painting or powder coating?
A: For now, powder coating is only available for the panels.
You can select from four powder coating colors in the drop down menu when adding to cart. After the panel selection is made, please add the correct powder coating quantity in relation to the amount of panels needed.
Example: Add 2 panels to cart, directly underneath add 2 powder coating quantities. If no powder coating is selected, the panel will be shipped in it's natural steel state.
Please allow 2-3 weeks processing for powder coat processing. The panels are sandblasted and powder coated locally via third party. Most non powder coated panels ship within 1-7 days, depending on quantity.
If you choose to spray paint yourself, it is recommended to use Rustoleum or Krylon brand paint. These can be purchased at a relatively low price from major hardware stores.

Trellis & Privacy Screen Q & A
Q: Can you create custom sized panels?
A: We can do most custom sizes. However, extremely large or small panels may not be advised. Freight shipping may also be required for larger sizes. You can simply email us the following information for a quote and we will respond with a recommendation:
1. Dimensions
2. Quantity
3. Ground stakes - Yes or No
4. Type of design or name of product
5. Zip code if freight is needed (Commercial or Residential, Lift gate Needed?)
__
Q: What size are the ground stakes in relation to the metal trellis/privacy screens?
A: The ground stakes are 1/2” steel round bar and are usually 11-12” in length from the bottom of the panel. The stakes are spot welded up the entire backside of the panels for maximum strength.
__
Q: Can holes be added to the panels?
A: Holes can be added upon request. We generally add 3/16” diameter holes as our standard size.
__
Q: What is the natural color of the steel?
A: The steel comes directly from our supplier. So we have no control over the natural color. The steel typically has a natural gray tone that may contain darker spots in certain areas.
__
Q: How are my panels shipped?
A: We ship all of our products via UPS ground. We take great pride in ensuring your product can face the often unpredictable shipping environment. However from time to time, damage and incidents do occur, please send a picture of any damage and we will be happy to resolve any issues.
__
Q: Can you provide spacers?
A: We offer aluminum spacers. The spacers are “cylinder” shaped and are designed to sit between the panel and the mounting surface. The spacers may be purchased on the metal trellis/privacy screen page.
__
Q: Do you provide screws or anchors?
A: At this time we do not provide screws or anchors for mounting. We leave that up to the customer to determine what type of screws are needed for their unique surface.
