Return and Cancellation Policy

We understand that purchasing fabrciated items requires careful consideration. Our products are crafted with precision and attention to detail, individually cut from raw materials to meet your specific order. Due to the unique and custom nature of our offerings, we do not carry any items in stock.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before production has commenced. Once the manufacturing process begins, which includes the cutting of raw materials for your specific order, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the production process has started. Each item is created specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our products and our business operations.

Powder-Coated Products

  • Our powder-coating services are completed by a trusted third-party provider.
  • We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for powder-coated products due to the third-party nature of this service and the various environmental factors that can influence its longevity.

We have the utmost confidence in our powder coating supplier and the quality of their coatings, we still must address the following:

  • The longevity of powder coating can be affected by numerous factors outside of our control, including:
    • Weather conditions: Prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, rain, and extreme temperatures can affect the coating's lifespan.
    • Environmental factors: Exposure to chemicals, pollutants, salt spray, or abrasive materials can also impact the coating's integrity.
    • Product placement and maintenance: For instance, the placement of screens in relation to weather elements and the cleaning methods used can influence the coating's lifespan. 

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect size, color,) due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
